Shipping Information


Shipping charges are based on destination and weight of a package. In 2015, UPS began applying dimensional weight to their shipping rates so the density of the package can affect its shipping costs. The total weight of an order is determined after the items are packed and ready to ship.

We ship by UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail in the continental USA.  Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Select available upon request for additional cost. International shipments go by Priority Mail International, Express Mail International or UPS International. All duties and taxes, (which vary by product and importing country) are the responsibility of the customer, not Good Hair Days®. We try to save you money on your freight costs. Please specify your carrier preference on your order.

Note: In the event of a lost package, we will submit a claim to the U.S. Postal Service on your behalf. Once the inquiry is completed, the U.S. Postal Service will directly refund the amount owed.
